Be a maker.

22.1.16

The decision of the "this time is that it is", "is this year that I start to eat cleaned every day," "I will exercise every day," "and also yoga," is to be very difficult to accomplish.

Sometimes from overwork and lack of time, others because I'm several days away and always eating in restaurants, in short, excuses abound.

I stopped to think and I have to adopt a new method. There can be all at once - healthy food, exercise, yoga, meditation - it can not, it's necessary to stop, think and write.

Prioritize and schedule changes it's essential to work out and be able to create new habits.

The only purpose which is flowing well is to remove, as much as possible, the meat from meals and to take advantage of this fact, I'll get to dedicate myself first to healthier, biological and conscious eating.

First task, select several healthy dishes and recipes that I like and that are quick and easy to prepare and create a monthly calendar of meals. Try not to repeat revenue during the month, in order to use this calendar throughout all the winter.

Of course it is not mandatory to follow this schedule exactly, if one day you feel like a different dish, of course that the calendar becomes back [since the alternative is healthy] but this will certainly be a help for the days when we didn't feel like thinking about food and when we don't have any ideas and ended up ordering an unhealthy pizza.

The ideal format for the calendar is the division for days of the week, with no indication of the days of the month, so the calendar can be "infinite", and the separation of lunch and dinner. I'm putting some days for meals out to make it more light and to see if I can fulfill. Then simply remind ourselves healthy recipes that you already know and seek out new recipes - I get inspiration in Mafalda Pinto Leite, Ella Woodward, Gwyneth PaltrowMadeleine Shaw and Dana. They all have healthy, delicious and simple recipes - my current mood.
